Really great hotel with super equipment. Great breakfast, great service. We felt very comfortable!
Only twice a day short opening hours of the swimming pool for children, once during breakfast time. Although our son is a good swimmer, we could hardly use the swimming pool with him. An exception was not possible.

beautiful park with several lakes at the hotel and a great SPA with several saunas The breakfast was typically English with toast and eggs on request in different variations as well as fruit salad and sweet pastries. The staff was very friendly and courteous.

Truly exceptional clean property, it has highly skilled and highly professional staff who kindly offered us a glass of champagne to celebrate. The location is top as it's not far from main restaurant, and the centre of the middle tier of the three tier cake stand.

Very nice welcome and made to feel very special. Castle and surroundings gorgeous. Rooms lovely and kept very clean. The use of the spa to yourselves excellent and romantic. The reception staff very helpful and pleasant.

It was a very friendly hotel the Staff were excellent and cared about you, it was almost like staying in a country house for the weekend.The room was fantastic..nice touches like the complimentary Gin Whiskey and water which was in your room together with a welcome letter. We will certainly be going back

From arrival the staff were excellent, the Porter took us to our room giving us information about the hotel and where everything was. The room was fantastic, luxurious and the bathroom was amazing. We were late arriving so went to the bar for something to eat, again Carlos the barman couldn't do enough for us. A little bit on the pricey side but a nice quality meal. We went into the Drawing room to finish our drinks which was very comfortable and relaxing. The next morning we went to look around some of the grounds and the walled garden which are beautiful. Fantastic place to relax in fabulous surroundings. We will be going back again soon!!

Had recently renovated and generous-sized room, sensational breakfasts, you guys rock!
The stay was really nice; nothing too much trouble. The location couldn't be more stunning and gorgeous to several lakes with fantastic views.

Great building inside and out. Good food in the bar which seemed more relaxed than the restaurant.
Rooms were nice and big but given the price had some faults eg cracked light switch.

We enjoyed a lovely dinner with local ingredients like venison and smoked trout. Exploring the 20,000-acre estate was a highlight, with plenty to see and do. The warm welcome with Prosecco added a nice touch. Highly recommend checking out the spa too!
